Simple rules for delivery, cancellation and refunds for ANAGHAA orders. ANAGHAA is a brand of Aurso Agrotech LLP.

Delivery

Message us on WhatsApp with your address and we will tell you whether we can deliver there. Your delivery time and any delivery charge are shown in your order summary in the chat before you pay.

When your order arrives

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, wrong or not as described, message us on WhatsApp with a photo as soon as you can, and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Flowers and garlands do not keep, so please check them as soon as they arrive and tell us right away if there is a problem.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel by messaging us on WhatsApp before your order is packed and sent. Once it is on its way, tell us and we will see what we can do.

Refunds

When a refund is due, we send it back the same way you paid. We will tell you in the chat when to expect it.
